Get Pre-Approval for Expedited Service
Products under warranty won’t need pre-approval, but if you need expedited service, our pre-approval process makes it easy. All non-warranty repairs require customer pre-approval.
Final Test with Calibration Certificate
Once repaired, we perform a final calibration and bump test using the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) traceable gases to ensure factory specifications are met. A Factory Calibration Certificate is provided for your records.
Safe and Compliant Shipping
All that’s left after the repair is return shipping. The equipment will be packed and shipped back to you with our standard shipping procedures—including compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) labeling guidelines.
Short-Term Rental During Repair
Keep your gas detection program running while your unit is being serviced by renting through our flat-rate program, available to customers whose owned units are being serviced at an Industrial Scientific Service Center.
