Cellular Connectivity for the Ventis® Pro5

Industrial Scientific is pleased to announce a cellular battery option for the Ventis® Pro5 Personal Multi-Gas Monitor in the United States and Canada. Direct cellular connectivity automatically transmits real-time GPS location data and alarm events from Ventis Pro5 gas detectors to cloud-based iNet® Now Live Monitoring software, giving safety personnel instant visibility into worker and site safety and the insights they need to respond quickly and efficiently in an emergency.

With the addition of future-proof cellular connectivity, the Ventis Pro5 is the most flexible connected gas monitor on the market. Safety personnel now have the power to connect workers anytime, anywhere – even in the most remote settings –with cellular, wi-fi, satellite, and peer-to-peer connectivity options.

The new cellular battery will last 14 hours on a single charge and is compatible with existing sensor options, chargers, and DSX™ Docking Stations. Customers can choose AT&T or Verizon cellular service in the U.S. and Bell, Rogers, and Telus service in Canada. See the chart below for ordering information.
