The MoU was signed at MODON’s headquarters in Riyadh by Industrial Scientific President Andreas Schmid and MODON CEO Eng. Majed Al-Argoubi through Industrial Scientific’s Saudi entity, TGA Industries Saudi Arabia Ltd.
The agreement represents an important step in Industrial Scientific’s long-term commitment to Saudi Arabia, with a focus on localizing and manufacturing the company’s portable gas detection portfolio at its facility in Dammam 2nd Industrial City.
Beyond expanding local manufacturing, the collaboration aims to advance technology and knowledge transfer, develop local technical capabilities, increase local content, and strengthen the Kingdom’s capabilities in advanced safety technologies. These efforts align with Saudi Arabia’s broader industrial development and Vision 2030 objectives.
