Deb Bechtold serves as Vice President of Global Customer Success at Industrial Scientific. In this role, she leads our customer success managers, technical support, customer service, and field technicians. Deb is responsible for strategic planning and execution for our customer success center, driving efficiencies in operations and ensuring that each interaction exceeds customer expectations.
Deb joined Industrial Scientific in 2008 and has held various positions in customer success, most recently, she was Director of Customer Success. Prior to Industrial Scientific, Deb was Vice President of Customer Care at AT&T Broadband and Regional Director of Call Center Operations at Tele-Communications Inc.
Deb earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing and an MBA from Robert Morris University.
