Instrument Return Instructions
The process for returning instruments to Industrial Scientific for repair is quite simple. Follow the steps outlined below for fast, high quality service.

1. Properly pack the instrument(s) into an appropriate shipping box. Do not include items such as chargers, pumps, and cases unless they are in need of repair.

2. Place appropriate paper work (PO #) into the box and seal. Be sure to include information such as, bill to and ship to addresses, contact name and phone number, pre approved repair limit, and any observations on the instrument.
