   within 48 hours.
• The iNet On-Site Program is available in selected areas only.

• If a malfunction is detected, a ready-to-use replacement exchange instrument will be delivered by 5 p.m. the next business
   day.
• Customer returns failed instrument in pre-paid shipping package.

• If a malfunction is detected, Replacement part(s) will be delivered by 5 p.m. the next business day.
• Customer installs part(s) to restore equipment to proper working condition.

A comprehensive monthly usage fee includes all necessary hardware (instruments, accessories, Docking Stations™ and server), replacement parts, labor*, freight, installation and training. At the end of the four-year agreement, you have the ability to either upgrade to new equipment or renew the agreement with existing equipment. As an option, you may purchase the hardware outright at the inception of the agreement, and pay a monthly fee for monitoring and maintenance services**.
